Saffron 59 Catering’s selection of bite sized hors d’oeuvres and exotic drinks is customized to fit your theme. We have extensive cocktail menus that vary from bachelor/bachelorette parties to champagne brunches. The Saffron 59 team will assist you in choosing a menu that best suits your taste.

Our cocktail menus feature numerous choices of flavorful hors d’oeuvres such as Burmese ginger salad wrap in rice paper, steamed seafood dumplings with soy sambal, grilled banana-wrapped fish with Thai curry paste, and Balinese dancing prawns with lemongrass coconut dip.

All of our delicious hors d’oeuvres are presented with lacquer and wooden trays from Irene’s Asian travels and are garnished with tropical banana leaves and an array of flowers.
